If you like to make a fresh install, rename your UCCNC folder located on the C drive to UCCNC_OLD, this will keep you a copy of all your macros if you need them and the license file.
Run the multi-installer and do the software and profiles installation.
Remember to install your license file from the old folder or from the original USB drive.
On this link, you can download the latest version of our multi-installer manual.

If you have any problems, please take a look at our UCCNC support Videos

If you are running windows 11 or 10, or you have a brand-new computer, make sure windows have the latest updates, this may require a few hours and several restarts. These updates affect the communication with the UC100 interface and that can be also the problem.
Also, sometimes windows need a library called Net framework.
Open your UCCNC folder and then open the Util folder, then run the UCxxx_utility file, you will get a small window to scan for the UC100, if you have the Net framework installed it will work, if not, you will get a request from windows to download it form internet, do the download and update.
After this try to run the utility again, if it runs, then you may need to install the drivers as it shows the video of Demo Mode.
As a side note.
A very important thing you need to know is that you never have to connect or disconnect any tool with the machine powered, you need to remove the power form the machine in order to connect or disconnect any tool like the spindle, the laser or the 4th axis, this is because the connectors have power, if you don't do this you can damage the machine motherboard or the tool.
Do not disconnect the power cable from the machine because this can also damage the machine or the power supply.
One thing you can do to make this easy is connecting the machine to a power bar so you can turn it on and off easily.
If you need help with something more specific, please request by email a remote connection support.
